Hi there and welcome to my health and fitness blog! My name is Nicole. My friends call me Snickles, which means that you can too! I’m just your typical Midwestern girl, with a twist. I’ve been married to my amazing husband, Tom, for four years and we have spent that time building the best possible life for ourselves, our three lovable dogs and our baby boy.
After having my son and seeing 50 extra pounds on the scale, I knew that it was time to refocus some of my time and attention on myself. I lost all of my baby weight (and then some) but even more importantly, transformed from the inside out. On my own personal journey, I fell in love with health and fitness and truly found my calling. Since that day, I made it my mission to help other women do the same. I was given a beautiful gift in this life and I hope to pay it forward as many times over as I can.
